We recently changed the phone recording that clients hear when they call in. We have had a Spanish option on there for nearly three years, but it was at the end of the message and it was in English saying, “For Spanish press 8”. This caused many clients to think we did not have assistance in Spanish, mainly because our Spanish speaking clients would hang up before listening to all of the options. Now we have an option at the beginning of our phone message. Callers will hear a short greeting and then Spanish callers will hear, “Para Español oprime el ocho”. Our Spanish call volume has increased significantly since the change. Just another way we are reaching out to offer the best service possible to ALL of our clients!
