Dear Jack,
We are happy to help you file in either state. The Nevada LLC would be obtainable through us as well. Please contact me for a quote for Nevada.
Every year the U.S. Chamber of Commerce ranks the 50 states for the corporate law structure each has established. Delaware is unique in that it ranks #1 for the 7th year in a row in a survey generated by the United States Chamber Institute for Legal Reform. The survey polled judges, attorneys, professors and others for opinions on which state offered the best structure. Many states that are supposedly “corporate friendly” such as Nevada, are buried deep in the list and continue to decline year after year, while Delaware flourishes.
To view the benefits of Delaware – please use this link: https://www.delawareinc.com/more/why_delaware.cfm
To view the most recent Harris Poll click here: http://www.instituteforlegalreform.com/component/ilr_harris_poll/30/lawsuitclimate/1.html

Is it better to form a LLC in DE or NV. Can you do both or
just DE. I would appreciate any advise on one location vs the other. I am wanting the protection of my personal assets, because even some of your friends might want some of your profits, if you are good enough to be successful. I am planning to install hydrogen on cars and trucks, and if any thing goes wrong at a future date they might try to sue my company. I have installed it on my van and got 94% increase in mileage, vs about 217% for the system when installed with their instructions. The reason I got greater increase is my 2 1/2 years experience in the Air Force working on aircraft carburetor. It makes a big difference when you understand air flow in an induction system!

Pretty interesting. My attorney formed my LLC with Company Corporation, I guess bc he does not have to pay the annual agent fee!! Why would he care if I paid $269.00 per year. A couple months back I switched to Harvard Business Services, Inc. and very happy to have a fixed $50 agent fee. Great service!
