I have enjoyed all your reviews and the perspective you bring. I remember the '87 crash, I wasn't in the market, so I didn't panic. I was able to calmly advise friends to hang tight and it will all come back. I wish I were as calm and insightful about the currant real estate collapse. The new administration is a bit of a wildcard, leaving me with feelings of uncertainty about the future that none of us can predict, but as an optomist I've got my money on American ingenuity.
