		<description>You&#039;re exactly right, Bennett, and I appreciate your perspective. Privacy issues are difficult to nail down fully in a short blog post because they are so limited by other circumstances. In fact, privacy only exists to a certain level, regardless of entity type.

As a public entity, there are certain disclosures mandated by the SEC, this not being the case for a private entity, whether it is structured as an LLC or Corp.   Note that there are public LLC&#039;s, an example being GMAC.</description>
